Amazingly, I just realized that this was a Leap Year. Leap Years only occur every 4 years, so how was I to know. Just kidding. I was about to start my post, and looked at the date, and was throwed off. I marked Thursday for March 1st. So, I had to change it, and get ready for today's Blog Post, which I am excited to share.
Today, Bryce Rivers, and Freshman at Giles County High School, and a Varsity Starter, for the Giles County Bobcats Football team, got hist squat max for 500 Pounds. That right, a 9th Grader just squatted 500 Pounds. Just last week, Ashton Caldwell, a sophomore got his 500 Pound squat max. Which, I hope Ashton is feeling better. A lot of the kids have been out with a bunch of different bugs. Strep Throat, Flu, and Co-Vid have all been running amuck, at Giles County High School.
This past Monday, Bryce River squatted 490 pounds, and he told me he was going to get 500 pounds today. Which, he did. And he made it look easy. This is the first video I created today, and it is already posted to all my Social Media Platforms. Let me know what you think about this impressive young man. Just yesterday I was talking with my brother Coach OC about Rivers. I told him that Bryce Rivers said he was going to get the 500 pound squat max, and Coach OC said: "He's a dude. I think he'll get it too." Sure enough, Bryce got it today. Both my brothers were excited about it. It was the first thing Coach Joe said to me, when I saw him earlier today. I will be sharing a lot more videos about this young man over the next few years, and I am thankful GOD has given me a front row seat, to watch these young men develop into being men. I can not tell you enough, about how proud I am to see Bryce get this 500 pounds, and I am pulling really big for this young man.
When Bryce shared his 490 squat max with me Monday, he also sent me Xavier "Sassy" Thompsons squat max video. Sassy has been going up on his maxes, as well. So, I was happy to get some video of Sassy getting his most recent squat max. I included the first interview I got with Sassy, this past season, in the video. I am very proud of both of these young men. They both have been working extra hard during the off season, to improve their game, and that is why I do my best to highlight them, and all of the Bobcats who are putting in that work, to get better. This next video is also from my TikTok Profile, and I created this video this past Monday, and shared it to all of my Social Media Platforms, for May Oil Company. I support these guys, because they support the Bobcats Football Team, and I know they are really good people, to do business with. That is why I created a video to promote them. I fully support May Oil Company, and you will be happy you did business with them. Farmer, Truckers, and everyone are welcome to get their gas, oil, and hydraulic fluids from May Oil Company. Any day GOD has blessed me with the chance to wake-up, walk Puddin, play with Puddin and Joey the Claw, and create videos, is a great day. I am very thankful GOD has given me the chance to use the talents, which GOD blessed me with, to help others. I am a firm believer in GOD, and I highly recommend you turn all your worries over to GOD. GOD has really blessed me, and I am very thankful for that.
I have to say that guys, because I am a firm believer. You would be too, if you were in my shoes. Or, you may already be, and you already know how great the GLORY of GOD truly is. Not a day passes, in which, I do not talk with GOD. Nor does a day pass, where GOD does not share something else with me. All you have to do is talk with GOD and listen. ITs not just a voice in your head. IT is real. Just give GOD a chance. You are always welcome to contact me, anytime. We all have a purpose on the EARTH, and when you finally realize it, and give yourself up to GOD, you will finally figure out what that purpose is.
For some time, I have really been struggling with the idea that the Bible is the work of the devil. I believe that some of it is truths, but a lot of it has been re-written by the Devil, just to miss lead all of us. We know that the devil is very smart, and what better way to fool a bunch of people, then to do it with what everyone thinks is real.
The only help I can give anyone who is also struggling with this is to LISTEN! Find a private place, and just talk with GOD, and listen. That is how you talk with GOD. I really am afraid that many of the Churches are miss leading the masses. I cannot tell you how to live your life. Nor can I judge you. No one really knows. We all are in the same boat. And we all are family. It do not matter the color of your skin, nor the language that you speak. We all are ONE! It is time for us to stop letting the Evil One control us. If you want happiness, and you want peace of mind, then all you have to do is let the worldly ways go.
Again, I was just wanting to share that with you. I am excited to see how the BOBCATS 2024 Football season goes. They have really been putting in that work, and I am working on a long video now, which will help tie all the recent workouts, and accomplishments together. Hopefully, I will have it ready tonight. I am not sure what brought the above on, but it must have been the holy spirit, or GOD. Because, I was just wanting to share the videos I had posted today, and a little info on both.
